These Terms and Conditions are applicable to users and partners of Kodebusters (EOmatic OÜ, registry code 14495991, registered office at Kirsi 5, 10616, Tallinn, Estonia) Services.
Customers agree that information about Kodebusters, the Service and other information provided by Kodebusters may be provided in English.
Kodebusters can amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that the modifications and updates are required based on justified reasons (e.g. change in applicable laws, reasonable business interests of Kodebusters, etc.). Except as otherwise required by law or for the purposes of providing the Service, Kodebusters is obligated to keep confidential the information provided by the Customer and Customer’s personal data. Limitation of liability
Kodebusters liability is limited to direct patrimonial damages caused to the user as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Kodebusters is only liable when it is guilty for its actions or omissions. Kodebusters is not liable for direct or indirect loss caused by any downtime in connection with the update and maintenance of the Service. Kodebusters is not liable for any third party claims or disputes in relation to the Service. Under no circumstances shall Kodebusters be liable for loss of profit of the users or partners of Kodebusters. The limitations stipulated in these Terms and Conditions do not apply where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Disputes
